JL57 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and JL57 ("JL57", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the JL57 online gaming platform available at jl57.best and any related mobile or web interfaces operated by us.

By creating an account on JL57, clicking the registration confirmation button, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the JL57 platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one JL57 account. Duplicate accounts detected by JL57's systems will be suspended and any associated balances and bonus funds will be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created using your details, contact JL57 support immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided during JL57 registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address and, where required, government-issued identification details. 3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits

All deposits made to your JL57 account are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). JL57 may support the following local payment methods, subject to your account status and current availability: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay transfers, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI and UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the JL57 cashier at the time of transaction. This amount may vary by payment method and account tier. Check the cashier for current minimums before initiating a transfer.

4.2 Processing Times

Most deposits to JL57 via e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer methods including InstaPay and PESONet may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. JL57 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that funds deposited into your JL57 account come from a legitimate source and belong to you. JL57 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. 5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. JL57 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

5.1 Verification Requirement

JL57 may require full identity verification before processing a withdrawal, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard industry requirement to protect players and prevent fraud. First-time withdrawals are subject to enhanced verification regardless of amount.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

5.3 Bonus-Related Restrictions

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most JL57 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, ×15 means you must wager the bonus amount fifteen times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable). Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in your JL57 account. Different games may contribute different percentages toward completing a wagering requirement.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

JL57 takes bonus integrity seriously. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a one-time bonus more than once; using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics; and making deposits solely to receive a bonus with no genuine gaming activity.

Suspected bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Expiry

All JL57 bonuses have an expiry date from the moment they are credited. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering progress are removed at expiry. Check the promotion details in your JL57 account for the specific expiry period attached to each offer.

7. Gameplay Rules

Each game available on JL57 – including Tongits, Pusoy, Card Games, JILI Slots, Roulette and PBA Betting – is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. JL57 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to understand a game's rules and house edge before placing any real-money bet.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, JL57 will apply its best effort to resolve the round fairly based on the recorded game state at the point of interruption. The outcome of JL57's investigation in such cases is final.

All JL57 game results, whether produced by a certified random number generator or a live dealer, are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed or amended after a round has closed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with JL57 support within 72 hours of the relevant round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JL57 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to Philippine authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Accessing JL57 using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculations in a game's payout system
• Attempting to launder money or use JL57 for any unlawful financial activity
• Registering a JL57 account on behalf of another person or under a false identity
• Using the JL57 platform for any activity that violates Philippine law
• Harassing, threatening or abusing JL57 staff, support agents or other players
• Attempting to reverse or charge back deposits after using the funds for gameplay

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 JL57-Initiated Closure

JL57 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage access, bonus abuse or any other conduct that causes harm to JL57 or other players. In cases where suspension is applied pending investigation, funds may be held until the investigation is complete.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your JL57 account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Requests to close an account for responsible gaming reasons are treated as priority and may include a self-exclusion application.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the JL57 platform – including but not limited to the JL57 name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio and software – is the intellectual property of JL57 or its licensed partners. Nothing on the platform grants you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any JL57 content without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

JL57 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JL57's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the six months preceding the relevant event.

JL57 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising from the use of the platform.

12. Privacy

JL57 collects, stores and processes personal information about you in accordance with the JL57 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. Your use of the JL57 platform constitutes consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the JL57 platform shall first be referred to JL57's dispute resolution process via the support team. JL57 will acknowledge formal disputes within five business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in a class action against JL57 to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
